Blogging is not dead!

First, I want to acknowlege that I've returned to blogging after a decade!Instead of blogging, I've relied on handwritten notes, even more archaic! Blogging seems history, given the rise and ubiquitous presence of micro-blogging sites- twitter, TickTock, Instagram etc. Audiances have incresingly limited attention span, the appitite for longer and more immersive content appears to be limited. But is there a flip side to microblogging? Especially, content-packed short bursts of videos. Is it inadvertently forcing the audiance to seek more such content without them making much sense out of it? The jury is still out. But the limited research so far says that the fears are not unfounded- present day social media content could be exhausting at best, mental heath concern at worst! Will blogging hold it's ground? Maybe there will be a need for content that provides unique perspectives and that which allows audiances to engage at their own pace. Image copyright http...
